International Delivery to EU Zone
TRENWOOD.com carries out international delivery, within 3-7 working days, via courier service (delivery from door to door). The standard shipping cost is 30 euros.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 16:00 (Bucharest time) will be processed and shipped the next day.
Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 pm (Bucharest time) will not be processed until Monday next week. The delivery date is calculated from the moment you receive the Order Confirmation by email, namely from 1 to 5 days.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking link.
TRENWOOD.com is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstance beyond TRENWOOD.com's control. All deliveries are door-to-door and must be signed upon receipt, unless the courier provides another option. Please check the compliance of the order upon delivery: the number of parcels, the integrity of the packaging, the correspondence of the delivery code with the code from the order form. Please reject the parcel if it is damaged. Also, upon receipt of the parcel, carefully check the goods and, in case of discrepancy with your original order or goods that have manufacturing defects, immediately inform us - [email protected]
